Welcome
Jabez House started as a seed in the heart of Jeanette Kruger in 2001. There appeared to Jeanette to be a great need in the city of Emalahleni (Formely Witbank). Today the feeding scheme has on its books 450 families who depend on Jabez House to some extent, whether it be food parcels, clothing, stationery, furniture, baby accessories.
We try as much as possible, with God’s help to restore dignity to families that have typically lost their dignity and sometimes all hope for their future.
Jabez House has a department where we counsel. We work more extensively with the Mothers and try to establish a balance again in the home. In doing so we are able to systematically help the entire family to regain their balance and work towards a positive future.
Jabez House in conjunction with NG Kerk Klipfontein has an overnight shelter at 15 Hertzog street for the homeless. The shelter accomadates 18 people. The cost to the individual is R10 per night and includes a bed, bath and nutritious plate of food.
Our vision is to get support to 4000 families a month in Witbank. Jabez House is not a church initiative it is a community outreach and we rely heavily on the support of the community, be it, churches, businesses and individuals. We are registered as an NPO (Non Profit Organisation).

- Gifts (Everyone in the program receives a Birthday, Christmas, Mothers/Father Day, Valentines present)

- Baby (Just Born to 6 months baby department)
